By placing an order, you agree to the following: (PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY!)
Measurements: A professional measurement is needed for Bust, Waist, and Hip. We also encourage height measurements. Custom hem measurements are only to be done in-store at Elegant Xpressions Boutique.
Dress Size: Your measurements will be compared to the designer's size chart to determine dress size. Ultimately, the decision is yours and we will not be responsible for incorrect sizing if you choose a size other than our recommendation. We will not be held liable for improper measurements taken from an outside source if sizing is incorrect. We are only responsible for measurements taken by an Elegant Xpressions Boutique employee.
Size 18 & Up/Extra Length: Some designers have an upcharge based upon sizing and extra length if it is available.
- Bridal, Mothers, Prom, Accessories/Other Marchandise: Merchandise requires a payment of half down or more before we order.
- Bridesmaids & Tuxes: Merchandise needs to be paid in full before we order. For group orders, we do not place the order until everyone from the party has filled out an order form, provided measurements, and payment.
- ALL merchandise needs to be paid in full before taking it out of the store.
- Phone Orders: Please fill out this purchase agreement and submit via fax, email, or mail.
Shipping: After placing an order, we will call you with a ship date for the merchandise to be shipped to our store. Normal delivery from companies/manufacturers to our store is 7-10 business days. The merchandise is always shipped to our store first to check for accuracy of orders. We can also ship merchandise from our store to you via UPS for an additional charge.
Circumstances to consider before purchasing:
- If your special occasion is canceled after an order has been placed, you are responsible for the balance on your merchandise.
- Any merchandise not picked up 90 days after the event/special occasion will become property of Elegant Xpressions Boutique.
- We are not responsible for delays by the companies/manufacturers or for any other unusual circumstance.
- Buyers remorse and/or unplanned change in weight does not constitute a refund or exchange.
